The Arizona chapter meets on the second Thursday of every month October-May at the Tucson Botanical Gardens. No experience is necessary, just a love for flowers and an openness to a new art form. There are two classes: 10:00-noon and 1:00-3:00. The morning class is for Beginners (level 2) and Advanced students, and the afternoon class is for Introductory (level 1 – novice) and Beginners (level 2).
Tuition: Classes are $20 and include flowers and entry to the Garden. Vases and kenzan (frogs) are available to borrow in class if requested in advance.
Chapter Dues: Students may attend two classes before deciding whether to join the chapter. Dues are $55 a year and pay for room rental.
